Returns and Refunds
She Shed Brands is a wholesale distributor. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds on non-damaged items.
If you receive an item that is damaged or is missing please email us at customerservice@sheshedwholesale.com. Damaged Items are able to be returned for a replacement or store credit. All damaged items are subject to review. If items are deemed damaged, either a replacement or store credit will be issued to your account. Products not deemed damaged, will result in the items being returned to our customer at the cost of shipping.
Unreasonable amounts of returns or abuse of this system will result in an account review and suspension for one standard calendar year.
Package Refusals
Refusal of a package does not qualify for a refund of a given product. As a manufacturing company with direct prices, we are not able to accept orders to be returned due to a refusal. These items were produced/manufactured for the sole purpose and quantities of your business. Their production is accounted for in all of our costs, ordering, and labor needs.
Shipping
We ship primarily USPS Priority Mail, but may also be shipped through UPS. International Orders will be sent through Fedex. Our postal carriers pick up once daily, Monday through Friday. All packages are shipped with access to a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number or your package does not move within a week of shipping, please contact us.
Once tracking is created we are limited in information access and control of the package. Reaching out to the carrier is the quickest and most efficient way to get an update, we are only able to see as it scans on its way to its destination. Please note that some carriers delay in their scanning process and can lead to a delay in updates. It is up to the carrier to communicate those updates.

3-6 Tees - $9.00
7-12 Tees - $16.50
13-25 Tees - $22.50
Sweatshirts
1 Sweatshirt - $7.00
2-6 Sweatshirts - $16.00
7-10 Sweatshirts - $22.50
11-20 Sweatshirts - $32.50
Turn Around Times
As a manufacturing company, we do our best to produce all items in a timely fashion. Our TATs are specific to each product. These timelines are based on product availability, print shop scheduling, and seasonal designs. TATs are a best estimation, but are not guaranteed and can change.
Custom Orders
Custom Orders can be placed through us. Prices will depend on the design, materials, quantities, and print location. Custom Orders average between 3-4 weeks for their TAT.
